Ordering high quality A/V products from Tennessee Visual is easy, quick, and safe. Whether you place your order by telephone, FAX or mail, you can be assured that we will uphold the tradition of quality customer service that has made us the Mid-South's A/V Source for more than 60 years.

Installation Services

We can provide experienced, certified technicians to see that your equipment is properly installed and set up at your location. Our installation service area is usually limited, however, to the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky areas. Out-Of-Stock Policy

Although we maintain an inventory of high quality AV equipment, it is possible that a particular item may not be in stock at the time you place your order. We will immediately notify you of any product that is not expected to be available for shipment within ten days of order receipt and advise you of the expected shipping date for the backordered product. Your credit card will not be billed for out-of-stock items until the item has been shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order for merchandise that is backordered just let us know by email or phone.

Our Refund Policy

If not satisfied, a full refund will be given, less shipping and handling charges, if merchandise is returned in original packaging, within 14 days. A re-stocking fee of 10% of the Invoice will be charged for returns within thirty (30) days. Certain school items may be ordered for thirty day evaluation on a valid school purchase order or request

Every item we sell is subject to our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you feel that any item does not meet or exceed the advertised description, or does not meet your approval, just return it for a full refund, or merchandise credit. We do ask, however, that you contact us by email or phone us within 7 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA). This will help us in expediting your return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if you have not notified us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please remember that we do not refund shipping charges.

Shipping Q & A

When will my order be shipped?

Many orders will be shipped from our own inventory in Nashville Tennessee within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Delivery time will vary between 1 and 6 days depending on the shipping zone in which you are located and.

Alternatively, to expedite delivery to you, merchandise may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times will vary between 1 and 6 days depending upon the shipping zone in which you are located.

Will you insure my shipment?

We will insure your shipment upon request. The actual amount of insurance cost will be added to your invoice, and charged to the credit card you used in placing your order .

What should I do if my order is damaged in shipment?

You should inspect all packages immediately upon receipt while the UPS driver is present. It is your responsibility to refuse any package which contains damaged merchandise. In the case of concealed damage, please save all packing materials, then notify us immediately on discovery of damage and we will assist you in making a damage claim to United Parcel Service.

Tennessee Visual Service Company, Inc. cannot assume liability for merchandise damaged during transit. You must deal with the shipper if you have paid for the insurance of merchandise.
